[Tutorial] Apply Icon Theme in Nova Launcher

To apply icon theme, you MUST have Nova Launcher installed. Read here for details.

1. At home screen, press Menu button, select "Nova settings"
2. Select "Look and feel"
3. Select "Icon Theme", and choose your theme from list.
